Fresh, fruity and beautifully balanced, this gin opens with bright lemon sherbet, ripe raspberries and soft juniper. On the palate, refreshing rhubarb sorbet meets crisp pine and warming Eastern spice, before finishing with tart raspberry jam, zesty citrus and delicate frangipane notes.
