Sangiovese Boira, Oak Aged

Serve lightly below room temperature, around 16–18°C. Perfect with pizza, pasta and tomato-based sauces, as well as charcuterie, grilled meats, lamb and medium-aged or hard cheeses. A particularly good match for spaghetti Bolognese, rich ragù and hearty Italian dishes.
