Barocco Prosecco Spumante Extra Dry Rosé NV is a fresh and elegant sparkling rosé from Italy, made from a blend of 85% Glera and 15% Pinot Noir. The Glera brings the classic freshness and lively character of Prosecco, while Pinot Noir gives the wine its beautiful pale pink colour and delicate fruit character.

On the nose, it is delicate and aromatic, with fresh notes of peach, green apple and lemon alongside pretty floral hints of acacia and rose. The palate is light and refreshing, with lively bubbles, crisp acidity and delicious flavours of strawberries and Pink Lady apples.
