Gavi di Gavi Masseria dei Carmelitani 2025 is a beautifully refined Italian white wine from the hills around Gavi in Piedmont. Made exclusively from Cortese grapes, it captures the fresh, mineral character that makes Gavi such a popular Italian white.

Fresh and lively on the nose, it brings together aromas of citrus, ripe pear, white flowers and subtle hints of stone fruit. The palate is crisp and elegant, with juicy fruit balanced by bright acidity and a delicate mineral character that leads to a clean, refreshing finish.

The grapes are grown on the higher slopes around Gavi, where the cooler conditions help retain freshness and aromatic character. The wine is matured in stainless steel, allowing the purity of the Cortese grape and its Piedmontese terroir to shine through.
