Italian Creamed Artichoke Tapenade

Spread generously onto toasted ciabatta, sourdough or crostini for a simple Italian appetiser. Stir through freshly cooked pasta with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, or use as a delicious layer in sandwiches, paninis and wraps. Serve alongside cheeses, cured meats and olives on an antipasti board, or use as a flavourful filling for savoury pastries and gourmet canapés.
