Devon Blue 500g

Devon Blue is a much-loved blue cheese made by Ticklemore Cheese Dairy in Totnes, Devon, using cow’s milk collected from local farms. One of the dairy’s best-known cheeses, it has been crafted since the late 1980s and has become a classic of modern Devon cheesemaking.

Its wonderfully rich and buttery character is balanced by a moist, slightly crumbly texture and a gentle blue flavour. Rather than being aggressively sharp, Devon Blue develops a rounded depth that makes it both satisfying for seasoned blue cheese lovers and approachable for those looking to try something new.

A fantastic example of artisan Devon cheesemaking, it makes an excellent centrepiece for a cheeseboard and is equally delicious crumbled into dishes or enjoyed simply with a good cracker.
